The Role: Head of Asset Management
Location: London
Salary: GBP80k–GBP85k + 15% bonus excellent company benefits

Our client, is a successful operator in the energy sector, looking to bring in a Head of Asset Management to their senior team. Be part of a sector that offers longevity, in an industry that continues to develop energy recovery technology.
The Role
• As Head of Asset Management you will be accountable for the development and delivery of an asset management strategy.
• You will lead the asset management programme through a significant period of change.
• As Head of Asset Management you will be responsible for the decision making in relation to capital investment and life cycle realisation.
• You will lead and develop the asset management team.
• As Head of Asset Management you will play a key role in my client's ongoing transformation programme.
•You will drive continuous improvement and deliver efficiencies, cost savings and significant benefits in environmental impact and safety.
•As Head of Asset Management you will work collaboratively across my client's organisation to develop cohesive, value driven proposition, striking the right balance between financial performance, risk management, operational performance and service delivery.
The Ideal Head of Asset Management Candidate
• The ideal candidate for the Head of Asset Management will already have similar experience, ideally from the power generation, energy or utilities sectors.
•You will have experience working at senior management level.
•It would be desirable to have operational experience from the power generation, energy or utilities sectors, but not essential.
•Ideally you will educated to degree level or equivalent.
•You will be a member of Institute of Asset Management (IAM).
•It would be desirable to have knowledge of D365 or Power BI.
•You will excellent communication skills and the ability to work positively in a team environment.
•This role would suit an individual who is interested in contributing to the protection or our environment
