Oour clent is a fast growth, hugely acquisitive FTSE 250 Digital media business based at a fantastic central london location.
We are seking high calibre, passionate and commercially orientated Finance Director to support the central team.
You will work directly with the senior directors, including Deputy and Group CFO. The business is embarking on a period of exciting transformation and continued growth which will in itself bring exciting projects for this person to be involved in.
Additional key areas of our remit will be as follows:
A strong academic record and formal accountancy qualification is required. Previous commercial experience operating at a senior level with board level stakeholders and business partners is key. Previous management experience and ability to firmly demonstrate where you have significantly added value within a number of roles is again what we are looking for here.

- Manage a divisional team of 9
- Responsible, with the leadership teams across the group, for shaping, refining and executing a profitable growth strategy worldwide with clear goals set for the next 3-5years.
- Have key responsibility for the P&Ls and Capex plans for demonstrating cost efficiencies and opportunities to improve the operating profit
- Deliver regular operational, commercial and revenue performance reports providing business, market and industry insight as the basis for decision making and developing actions across the business
- Build a high-performing, well-motivated and diverse team including the attraction, retention, development and management of new and existing talent
- Working with other Divisional CFOs to identify areas of synergy and collaboration, aligning broader commercial/financial goals within the functions.
- Lead and develop all financial decision making activity
- Advise and lead all M & A activity
- Take control of all capital expenditure and investment projects
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, long term planning and associated analytical activities.
- Work on an ongoing basis with senior leading ship team to support with on going strategic project work and analysis
